3. 臨床處置 (Clinical Intervention):

- [0-1分]：穩定，持續常規觀察。

- [2-3分]：增加監測頻率(Q4H)，通報專科護理師評估。

- [4分以上]：立即通報第一線醫師(R/CR)到場。為預防病情急遽惡化，已預備 [EKG/O2/Suction/Defibrillator]。

- [5分以上]：考慮啟動 RRT (快速反應小組) 或轉 ICU 評估。

Note: 患者目前 MEWS 評分為 [ ] 分，主因係 [特定數值] 異常。為預防潛在 [Cardiopulmonary Collapse]，目前已強化生理監測並留置預防性醫療途徑，待進一步診治。
